History

Rush Bowls was launched in 2004 when Founder Andrew Pudalov left his position as Head of Derivative Trading at National Australia Bank to pursue his passion for healthy and nutritious food. He launched the first Rush Bowls in Boulder, Colorado close to the University of Colorado. In 2011, Andrew launched Rush Bowls' wholesale line, which has given Rush Bowls national brand recognition and a broad fan base.

In late 2015, Andrew partnered with prolific restaurateur, Buddy Brown, the 24th largest Franchise Owner in the nation. Buddy started his career managing restaurants before taking the plunge into the franchising world in the 1990s. Buddy now owns and operates over 300 stores, including Carl's Jr., Hardee's, Dunkin Donuts, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut. His knowledge of how to build a successful franchise operation from the ground up, along with Andrew's vision, business acumen, and entrepreneurial instinct, laid the framework for Rush Bowls' explosive growth. The team was rounded out with marketing and operations executives Mark Kranjcec and Whitney Rajotte to create the foundation that will guide Rush Bowls Franchise Owners toward success.

Training And Support

Getting in on the ground floor of an exciting and growing franchise brings many benefits. Many Franchise Owners, however, are often times worried that they won't receive the level of support and infrastructure of a "proven" franchise concept. When it comes to Rush Bowls, though, our Franchise Owners have nothing to worry about!

From operations to marketing to product development, we've got you completely covered. Not only are we equipped with the financial experience of a former Wall Street Executive in our Founder and CEO, Andrew Pudalov, but we are also backed by the power of the Capstone Restaurant Group which is headed by Buddy Brown who is one of the nation's LARGEST Franchise Owners!

We also provide support for every aspect of your Rush Bowls business. This includes meeting with the Rush Bowls corporate team, including on-the-ground support and guidance. Our job is to make sure you're fully prepared to launch your Rush Bowls location as quickly and as successfully as possible.

Training -

Before your store opens, you and one other partner or store manager will attend the initial one-week training program at our corporate office in Boulder, Colorado. This will be followed by in-store training at your brand-new Rush Bowls location before your Grand Opening. This covers everything from recipes, ordering, ingredients, processes, POS, inventory, manager training, employee training, hiring, marketing, Grand Opening Assistance, and location-specific opportunities. We will then continue to provide you and your team with ongoing training and support.
