As a CPA and full-time M&A Advisor, I bring over 25 years of financial and operational experience across industries. My goal is simple: to help business owners exit confidently, profitably, and with peace of mind.

With over 25 years of business and financial experience across industries—including public accounting, manufacturing, distribution, construction, retail, e-commerce, education, and energy—Jason Ward brings a strategic and practical perspective to business sales.

As a former CFO, Controller, Auditor, and Consultant, Jason has participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions from the inside. This firsthand experience gives him a deep understanding of what buyers look for—and how to position businesses for successful exits.

Today, as the founder of TruView Business Advisors, Jason applies the same high-level practices used in large corporate transactions to Main Street and lower middle market businesses. He is a CPA, Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and Mergers & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI). Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Accounting and a separate Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Hartford. He remains actively involved in professional organizations, including the IBBA, M&A Source, and TABB.

Jason has called Houston home since 2006. When he’s not closing deals, he’s often traveling or enjoying time at the beach with his dogs.
